Role and responsibilities
Rains holds a unique market position as frontrunner within outdoor lifestyle products and this position lends opportunity for you to execute on individual sales initiatives that can increase category growth and market share across your region. Building-up of a strong distribution within bags and accessories gives you the opportunity to play an important role in expanding the customer base in an untapped segment for Rains in Germany.
This includes establishing new customer relationships as well as build awareness of the product category Bags and Accessories. Both wholesale and retail customers’ revenue will benefit from your strong focus on service and providing tactile proficiency in fulfillment and merchandising. You will also be a part of the implementation of Shop-in-Shop and soft shops with key independents and in relevant department stores.
You will be managing a comprehensive toolbox of product concepts, POS solutions and digital presentation formats to fulfill your targets. You will have ongoing guidance from the local management, as well as professional support from the sales organization headquartered in Denmark. You will also collaborate with marketing and product development teams at HQ to ensure that our bags and accessories are aligned with Rains brand and customer expectations.
Your experience and competencies
We expect you to have 3+ years of experience from the lifestyle and design industry with a wish to develop with Bags and Accessories.
It motivates you to work with a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business and is thrills you to work in a fastmoving and dynamic environment. Even though it is natural for you to work independently and with freedom under responsibility, you enjoy being part of a team-oriented, ambitious German sales team. Collaboration and support will be key across the team, a value that will be pertinent to guiding your success from the very start.
Having an openminded, proactive approach to your work makes its natural for you to show passion and excitement for our brand and products and you will come with an ambitious, execution-oriented attitude and winning-spirit.

The position is full-time and will be reporting to the Country Manager. Your workplace will be in Münich, but Düsseldorf can also be an opportunity, but you must expect travelling across the country in either case.
