Then you could be Rains’ new IT-Project Manager/Scrum Master.
The Role
Rains is looking for an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master with a great personality to join our ambitious yet informal and agile IT team. You will be responsible for all steps in an IT project; from the initial scope and analysis to execution and follow up after go-live. It means that you will have both a planning and executing role as well as being in close contact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
You are comfortable working with longer IT-projects as you have been involved in all phases of implementing new digital software projects. Today you may work as IT-Project Coordinator or as a junior IT-Project Manager/Scrum Master and feel ready to take the next step and more responsibility followed by that.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be able to work detail oriented without losing focus on the overall project roadmap and timeline in several projects. You will find it motivating to take on the responsibility of leading and developing the project manager role incl. stakeholder analysis, roadmaps as well as doing the ongoing follow-up on each project.
You find a high degree of diversity in your workday motivating and inspiring and therefor you see it as an asset that you will be responsible for both the planning and scoping of new projects as well as the daily follow up of tasks in the sprint with the developers in your team.
You will also be controlling and prioritizing the ongoing backlog in Jira and Confluence, and you will be responsible for developing best practices for the Rains PMO.
Your profile
You have a natural analytical sense yet a problem-solving attitude and structured approach which makes you able to adapt to changing demands and priorities. You manage both deep dives into every detail in a project as well as having a communicating role with internal and external stakeholders. Shifting tasks and projects keeps you motivated and fills you with energy.
You are curious to continuously expand your technical toolbox as you will be involved in numerous projects. On that note it will be an advantage if you are already experienced within Microsoft standard technologies, MS 365, BC, Azure logic apps and SharePoint.
You have excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, and we expect that you have either a Danish resident or are willing to re-locate to Aarhus.
