Rains is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a great personality to join our ambitious wholesales team. You will be responsible for achieving the sales targets of existing and new wholesale customers in Switzerland. You will report to the Country Manager in DACH. The position is full-time.
The successful candidate will build up and expand the customer base and ensure a strong presence – from the showroom in Zürich as well as working remotely. As the brand’s key representative, you will leverage your natural charisma and enthusiasm to present, promote, and sell Rains in Switzerland.
We have high expectations when it comes to prospecting, which makes it essential that you work intensively to establish and nurture strong and long-lasting customer relationships. While planning your daily work schedule, you will service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new premium accounts. A key tool for your success will be Rains’ developed sales and segmentation model, which includes individual sales targets for all accounts and prospects.
While having the responsibility to build up the Swiss wholesale market, you will have a close cooperation with your fellow colleagues, especially in the DACH region. You will also foster a continuous productive and frequent communication with Rains HQ in Denmark.
You have succeeded in a similar sales position by having a natural empathy yet a dedicated attitude and enthusiasm which makes you able to adapt to different customers and create strong relationships in the market.
With a strong wholesale experience you know that one of the keys to be successfull in a job like this is beeing performance and results driven and with an eagerness to meet sales targets.
You feel comfortable working independently and proactively and you enjoy the flexibility that is the essence of a sales position like this. You therefore feel natural working with a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business.
You have excellent communication skills in English and German, both oral and written. It will be beneficial if you also speak French on a basic level.
We expect you to have a Swiss residence and have an active driving license.
